One catalog. All your channels. And nothing gets published without your say-so.
You edit the product once and Koalab takes it to each channel with whatever that channel requires. If one of them is missing a detail, you hear it before publishing — and if a channel changes a price on its own, it waits for you.

02Channels
Where you sell today, and where you'll sell next
Every channel takes different things —HTML, images, per-variant prices— and Koalab knows each one's rules before publishing, not after the rejection.
With every channel, always
- Official API, no required plugins
- validation before publishing
- external changes wait for your OK
- stock spread, with the buffer you set
- history that undoes

03What nobody else gives you
You decide who rules the catalog
And if a channel that doesn't rule changes a price on its own, Koalab neither applies it nor reverts it: it leaves it in a tray for a person to approve or discard. Nothing gets overwritten in silence — which is exactly what users of other tools complain about.

04Sales
Koalab knows when to ask you and when not to.
A sale and an edit arrive the same way from the channel: “stock went from 9 to 7”. Koalab checks whether an order explains it. If one does, it takes the units off and moves on, because they already left. If none does, it holds it for you to decide.

05An ordinary day in Koalab
Most of it happens on its own. What needs you, waits.
And when it waits, it arrives with both values in view so you can decide in ten seconds.
06:00 · on its own
The supplier's list came in from the Google sheet
312 prices applied. Four are waiting for your nod because they go up more than 30% and your «Steep price increase» alert went off; in the recommended mode, drops wait too.

13:47 · waiting for you
Someone changed a price on Mercado Libre, from $46.90 to $41.90
Mercado Libre doesn't lead the catalog, so Koalab holds it for you with the before and after side by side.
14:30 · two clicks
You approved one and dismissed the other
The dismissed one went back to its value on the channel. Both are in the history, in your name, and the approved one can be reverted.
And at any moment you know how many of your listings are up to date: today, 812 of 840.
06Automatic, and as a team
Automatic where it saves time, yours where there's money at stake
Automatic sources
Connect your Google Sheet or your supplier's link and Koalab reads it on schedule: it applies what's safe and holds what's risky —a 20% drop, a price below the cost you entered— so you can look at it yourself.
One-step actions
End Monday's sale prices, set stock to zero for the holidays, recalculate prices from cost. In bulk, with a preview, and always for you to review.
History that undoes
Every change is recorded with its origin: you, a source, a channel or a quick action. And every batch can be undone whole — all 312 prices, in one go.
You don't have to be the only one with the keys
Invite your team with whatever permission you want to give them: whoever uploads price lists doesn't need to be able to disconnect a channel. Every change is recorded under the name of whoever made it, so the history answers “who” as well as “what”.
07In their words
What people tell us
Five situations that come up in every country, and what Koalab does about each one.
- 01
“I sold the same unit twice and let a customer down”
With several channels, stock drifts apart in minutes: the same product sells in two places and neither finds out about the other in time.
With Koalab: there's one real quantity. A sale deducts it and spreads it to the other channels in about a minute and, if you set a buffer, those units are never offered.
- 02
“My supplier's list came in and it's 400 products”
Huge lists that have to be entered by hand, channel by channel, and again next month.
With Koalab: you upload the file or connect the supplier's sheet once. Koalab reads it, shows you the before and after, and applies it to every channel at once.
- 03
“The same price doesn't mean the same thing everywhere”
Each channel charges a different commission, so the price has to be recalculated one by one for the margin to survive.
With Koalab: you set the rule —cost, margin, rounding— and each channel gets its own calculated price. You write it once, not once per channel.
- 04
“I made a mistake in an upload and I don't know how it was before”
A bad bulk update is hard to undo once it has already gone out everywhere.
With Koalab: every upload keeps the previous values. It is undone whole from the history in a single step, even if it touched a thousand products.
- 05
“I tried to list on a marketplace and it rejected nearly everything”
Marketplaces are demanding about data, and the rejection arrives after you try — sometimes days later.
With Koalab: it translates your product into each channel's language and checks what they require before publishing. If something is missing, you hear it beforehand, not after.
08How it works
Three steps, and the second runs itself
01
Connect your channels
You authorize each account from its own platform —on WooCommerce you can also paste your keys—, with no required plugins, and pick its role: it receives, it leads, or it runs on its own.
02
Koalab brings in your catalog
Products, variants, images and categories come in on their own. You can close the tab: we leave you a notification when it's done, and nothing is published yet.
03
Set the rules and let it run
Margin, rounding, stock buffer, what applies on its own and what waits for your OK. From there, your job is deciding on what's held — the rest runs.

Up to 100 variants per product on paid plans and 5 on Free. Each channel may take fewer: Koalab tells you its limit when validating or publishing.
Each organization has one currency, and you can have several in the same one. The cap counts all of yours, including the personal one you start with.
Prices before tax, in your country's currency when we offer it; otherwise in USD. If your country taxes foreign digital services, the tax is added at checkout and you see the total before confirming. When the trial ends you simply move to the free plan: no surprise charge. A plan's first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Downgrading never deletes your catalog.
10Questions
Frequently asked questions
What happens if a channel changes a price on its own?
Koalab neither applies it nor reverts it: it holds it in “Pending approval” with the current value and the one that arrived, and you decide. If you approve it, it spreads to the rest. If you discard it you choose: “Discard and restore the value” puts the catalog price back on the channel, and “Discard without touching the channel” only removes it from the tray.
Can I sell the same product at a different price in an outlet?
Yes: you connect that channel as independent and publish a copy there with its own price and stock. Nothing that happens on the other channels touches it.
How do you stop me selling something I no longer have?
Koalab keeps the real quantity and splits it across channels as you define. When one channel sells, the others are recalculated in about a minute. So that two near-simultaneous sales don’t take the same unit, set a buffer: units that are never published. It starts at zero, and you choose it in Organization → Stock.
I got a bulk update wrong. Now what?
You undo the whole thing from the history: every batch keeps the previous values. And most likely it won't get that far — the preview shows you the before and after, and flags whatever breaks your rules.
Do I need to install anything in my store?
You don't install code in your store: everything goes through each platform's official API. On Shopify you authorize Koalab as an app from its app store, and on WooCommerce there's an optional plugin that only adds immediacy and detail: changes arrive in seconds instead of minutes, with their time and cause.
Do you handle orders and invoicing?
No, on purpose. Koalab learns about the sale only to deduct stock. Your invoicing and your logistics stay yours — we do one thing and we do it well.
How does Koalab know it was a sale and not someone editing stock?
Channels announce both the same way, so Koalab cross-checks the channel's event against recent orders: if one explains it, it's a sale and it applies on its own. If none does, it's held for you to decide. The order only supplies the reason —the units come from the channel itself— which is why nothing is ever deducted twice.
Can my whole team work in it?
Yes, with whatever permission you give each person and up to your plan's limit. Every change is recorded under the name of whoever made it.
What exactly does the coverage figure mean?
How many listings are up to date out of the ones you could have: your catalog across the channels you share it with, plus whatever is exclusive to each independent channel. If a product isn't listed on a channel, that's one missing — and Koalab tells you which and why.
What currency do I pay in?
In your country's currency when we offer it —Colombian, Mexican, Argentine and Chilean pesos, soles, reais, Uruguayan pesos and others in Latin America, and euros—; otherwise in US dollars. Payments are processed by Polar, which sells Koalab as merchant of record. If you came from the Shopify App Store, the plan goes on your Shopify invoice.
Do variants count as products?
No. A product counts once with all its sizes and colors: up to 100 variants per product on paid plans and 5 on Free.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Nothing is deleted and what you have keeps syncing. What stops is adding: one more channel, or the new products a channel brings, come in once there's room or you upgrade. Koalab tells you what was left out.
What is a «direct upload»?
A price or stock change you send to a single channel without going through the catalog, for example to fix a store in an emergency. Uploads to the catalog, which reach all your channels, don't count toward that limit.
What invoice do I get, and will my accountant accept it?
Polar, the US company that sells Koalab, issues the invoice for each charge. You download it from its portal (from “Billing”) and can add your company name, address and tax ID: NIT, RFC, CNPJ, RUC or CUIT. It is a foreign supplier's invoice for a digital service, not a local electronic invoice from DIAN, a CFDI, an NF-e or a SUNAT or AFIP receipt. Published prices don't include taxes: if your country taxes foreign digital services, Polar adds that tax at checkout and you see the total before confirming. Whether it lets you deduct the expense depends on your country: ask your accountant with the invoice in hand.
Do I get my money back if it doesn't convince me?
Yes, your first payment for a plan, monthly or annual: ask at hola@koalab.tech within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full, without you having to give a reason. Your organization moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Before paying you already have 7 days of Professional with no card.
Which countries does it work in?
Mercado Libre, in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. WooCommerce and Shopify, in any country, and Tiendanube (Nuvemshop in Brazil) wherever it operates. Your catalog works in the currency you choose when you create your organization, be it pesos, soles, reais or dollars, and a channel in another currency comes in as an independent catalog.
What if I also sell in a physical store?
A sale in your shop has no order on any channel, so Koalab has to be told. The most direct way is lowering the stock in Koalab: it reaches all your channels within minutes. If you deduct it on the channel that leads, it comes in as soon as the channel notifies Koalab and is sent on; if you deduct it on a channel that receives from Koalab, it waits in “Pending approval” until you approve it. The tutorial “I also sell in a physical store” explains it step by step.
Your catalog can be in order this very afternoon.
Connecting the first channel takes two minutes, and every day that passes is one more list uploaded by hand. Nothing is published until you say so.
