About us

Koalab is provided by Cristian Alejandro Muñoz Cardona, an individual, from Medellín, Colombia, under the trade name Koalab Tech (NIT 1017126012-3). He is the one answerable to you for the Service, as the Terms say.

Koalab depends on one person today, and we do not hide it. That is why it is built so your business does not depend on Koalab: what follows explains how.

• Your products, prices and stock also live in each channel. Koalab syncs them; it does not keep them instead of them: if it stops working, your stores stay open and selling; they only stop syncing with each other.
• You can download your catalogue whenever you want, in the «Bulk upload» sheet, with prices, stock and SKUs. You can also ask us for an export of all your data.
• If the Service were ever to close, we would tell you by email at least 30 days before, as the Terms set, so you can download everything.
• Your channels' keys and permissions are stored encrypted (AES-256) and you can revoke them at any time from each platform.

• You start with 7 days of Professional, no card, and then you have a Free plan with no end date.
• If your first payment for a plan does not convince you, ask for a refund within 14 days and we refund it in full.
• You cancel whenever you want from «Billing»; cancelling or moving down a plan deletes nothing.
• The charge is made by Polar Software Inc., which sells Koalab as Merchant of Record: Koalab never sees your card.

The Service runs on well-known providers: the website on Vercel, the server on Railway, the database on MongoDB Atlas, images on Cloudflare R2 and email through Resend. The full list, with what data each one handles, is in the Privacy policy.

Koalab does not keep your buyers' name, email, phone or address: from an order it only uses what sold and how many.
