Reverting a batch
Undo a batch or an action, going back to the previous values.
A batch is a bulk change Koalab keeps so it can be undone: a price list, a bulk update, a set of approved changes or a quick action. Before writing, Koalab notes the previous values, and reverting uses them to go back.
Find the batch
In “Changes” → “Revert a batch”, each batch shows its type, how many products it touched and when. Undone ones say “Already reverted”; the rest, “See what it touched”. You also get there from the menu of a row in Movements. A batch “Not sent to the channels” is sent from its detail, with “Send to the channels”.
See what it would restore
The detail shows each row: product, field, “Before”, “The batch set”, “Today” and “After reverting”. If a value changed after the batch, the row is marked, and the notice at the top counts those of the whole batch. The price and the other data the batch touched —cost, barcode, weight, attributes…— go back to what they were, and what changed afterwards is lost. Stock doesn't: it only undoes what the batch moved. If you had 5, the batch set 10 and you sold 3, today there are 7; after reverting, 2 remain.
Confirm
You confirm by typing REVERT. Before that, the window says how many products go back, how many rows lose a later change and that the catalog is sent to your channels again. “See what it touches, row by row” opens the detail.

When it's done, the notice tells you how many products went back to their previous value and how many were updated on your channels. The batch is then listed as “Already reverted” and stays in the list: the history records the U-turns too.
The limits
Reverting undoes the whole batch: you can't pick one row or one product. To fix just one, change it on its page. If you uploaded another batch on top, revert the newest one first: reverting the old one overwrites the new one's prices. “Zero the inventory” brings units back only where the stock is still at zero; if you restocked afterwards, your number stays. A single edit on the product page or a notice from a channel doesn't leave a batch.
Details worth knowing
- If a product from the batch no longer exists, the row says so — “the product no longer exists” — and its value today comes out as “deleted”.
- Here you find “Price list”, “Full catalog upload”, “Approved changes from a channel”, “Quick action” and “Attributes for Mercado Libre”. The last ones go back only in Koalab: they aren't sent to your channels.
- The list carries the latest batches, split into tabs by catalog: the shared one and each independent channel.
