I also sell in a physical store

Koalab learns about your channels' sales through their orders. A sale in your shop has no order on any channel, so Koalab has to be told. There are three ways, and with all three the stock ends up the same on all your channels; what changes is how long it takes.

   The most direct: lower it in Koalab

   In Products, open the product, lower the stock of the variant you sold and click “Save and send to channels”. The catalog goes down and the change reaches all your channels within minutes, whatever role each one has.

2. 02 / 04

   On the channel that leads

   If you deduct it on the channel with the “This channel leads” role (for example, your WooCommerce admin), Koalab applies the change as soon as the channel notifies it and sends it to the rest in about a minute. With an “Independent” channel the same happens inside its own catalog.

3. 03 / 04

   On a channel that receives from Koalab

   If you deduct it on a channel with the “Receives from Koalab” role, Koalab can't tell whether it was a sale or a mistake, because no order explains it: the change waits in “Pending approval”. Once you approve it, the catalog goes down and it reaches the other channels; meanwhile, those channels keep offering the units.

4. 04 / 04

   How it looks in Restock and Movements

   Restock measures velocity with orders only, so what you sell in the shop doesn't count as a sale. If you deduct it on a channel, below the table it tells you how many units went down by hand in the last 30 days, so you know why a product that sells in the shop seems to move slowly. In Movements, each drop keeps its origin.
